CyberTech maintains various Registered Trademarks and Copyrights. In order to protect its Intellectual Property, CyberTech maintains the following policies over the control and use of its Trademarks and Copyrights.



Quality Control over Trademarks. 

Licensee will manufacture, sale and distribute Licensed Product bearing the Trademark in compliance with the standards of quality, appearance, service and other standards of Licensor (hereinafter “Quality Standards”).   In order to promote adherence to the Quality Standards and for the purpose of protecting and maintaining the goodwill associated with the Trademark and the reputation of the Licensed Product, Licensor will have the right to make reasonable written requests of samples of the Licensed Products and Licensee will promptly permit such examination.  In the event that Licensor reasonably considers that any Licensed Product does not meet the Quality Standards or otherwise are not in compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Licensor will notify Licensee in writing, and Licensee will have thirty (30) business days from the date it receives such notification to comply with the Quality Standards. If Licensee fails to bring the Licensed Product into conformity within this time, Licensee will immediately suspend the manufacture, sale and distribution of the Licensed Product and Licensor may, at its discretion, immediately terminate the Agreement due to a material breach of its terms.


Quality Control over Copyrights.
